Definitions

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

Have a valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO) for OTP verification;

3.2 Registration Information

During registration, the Player must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including their legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. 578jili reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 578jili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where 578jili identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings derived from the duplicate account(s) may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.4 KYC Verification

578jili is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all registered Players. Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 578jili recommends that Players use a unique password not shared with any other platform, enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication, and activate biometric login where their device supports it. The Player agrees to notify 578jili immediately via live chat support if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.

4.2 Account Responsibility

4.3 Account Sharing

A Player's account is strictly personal and non-transferable. 4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. 578jili may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Player's account settings. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. A remaining balance after fee deductions will be held for a further period as specified in the current fee schedule before being transferred to a holding fund in accordance with applicable law.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

578jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-market payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, QR Ph / InstaPay, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion for USDT deposits is performed at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph) and PHP 200 for bank transfer methods. Prohibited Conduct

Section 9

Intellectual Property

No Player is granted any license or right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 578jili intellectual property without express prior written consent.

The 578jili brand, trade name, and associated marks may not be used in any advertising, social media post, affiliate material, or other communication without the prior written authorization of 578jili. Privacy & Data

By registering on 578jili, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their Personal Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system failures, and force majeure events may result in service interruptions for which 578jili will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where practicable.

Section 13

Account Suspension & Termination

578jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of fraudulent documentation;
Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
Receipt of a court order, PAGCOR directive, or other legal instrument requiring suspension;
Self-exclusion request by the Player;
Account inactivity as described in Section 4.4;
Any conduct that 578jili reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players or staff.

Upon termination, 578jili will process the withdrawal of any verified remaining balance in the Player's account after deducting any amounts owed to 578jili in accordance with these Terms, subject to the completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Forfeiture of balances will apply only where these Terms expressly provide for forfeiture or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable to regulated gaming matters.

Amendments to These Terms

578jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly changes the Player's rights or obligations — 578jili will provide at least fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players by email or in-platform notification.

Non-material amendments (including formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, and minor operational adjustments) may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon posting. The current effective version of these Terms is always the version published at 578jili.bio/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
