Section 3
How We Collect Personal Data
3.1 Data You Provide Directly
The majority of personal data we hold is provided by you directly during the registration process, when submitting KYC documents, when making deposits or withdrawals, and when communicating with our customer support team. You choose what information you provide; however, certain data is required to fulfill legal or contractual obligations, and the platform may not function correctly without it.
3.2 Data Collected Automatically
When you access 578jili.bio, our systems automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and clickstream data. This data is collected via server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies described further in Section 7. This collection is necessary for platform security, fraud prevention, and performance optimization.
3.3 Data from Third Parties
578jili may receive personal data from third-party sources in limited circumstances, including: payment processors (GCash, Maya, bank gateways) providing transaction confirmation data; KYC verification service providers confirming identity document authenticity; and fraud prevention services providing risk signals. Third-party data sources are contractually required to comply with applicable Philippine data privacy laws.
Section 4
Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 578jili processes personal data only where a lawful basis exists. The legal bases relied upon for each processing purpose are as follows:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and 578jili — including account management, deposit and withdrawal processing, game operation, and customer support.

- Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud detection and prevention, platform security, product improvement, and analytics, where such interests do not override your rights and freedoms as a Data Subject.
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications, where you have provided explicit, freely given, and informed consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time via your account notification settings or by contacting support.
Section 5

Section 6
Sharing & Disclosure of Personal Data
578jili does not sell personal data. We share personal data only in the circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
6.1 Payment Processors
To process deposits and withdrawals, 578jili shares relevant transaction data (including your registered mobile number or account details) with licensed Philippine payment processors, including GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya Philippines), and the respective banking institutions for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. These processors are bound by their own regulatory obligations under Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) guidelines and applicable data privacy law.
6.2 Identity Verification Providers
578jili engages third-party KYC and identity verification service providers to assist in validating government-issued identification documents. These providers act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under RA 10173 and are contractually bound to process data only for verification purposes and in compliance with Philippine data privacy law.
6.3 Regulatory Authorities
578jili is obligated to share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and any other competent Philippine government authority when required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive. Disclosure to regulatory authorities is made only to the extent required and will be subject to applicable legal privilege and data minimization principles where possible.
6.4 Fraud Prevention & Security
578jili may share limited account and transaction data with fraud prevention networks and cybersecurity service providers for the purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, money laundering, and unauthorized access. Shared data is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the fraud prevention function.
6.5 Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or asset sale involving 578jili, personal data held by 578jili may be transferred to the successor entity as part of the transaction. In such circumstances, 578jili will notify affected players prior to the transfer and ensure that the successor entity is bound by terms no less protective than those described in this Privacy Policy.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the platform. 578jili does not use cookies to serve third-party behavioral advertising.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 578jili's data disposal procedures. Anonymized data derived from your personal data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes, as it can no longer be attributed to an individual.
Section 9
Data Security
578jili implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and 578jili servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher).
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal information — including government ID scans, financial account details, and hashed passwords — is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to Data Subjects, 578jili will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, and will notify affected Data Subjects without undue delay, in accordance with RA 10173.
Section 10
Your Data Subject Rights under RA 10173
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights as a Data Subject. To exercise any of these rights, contact 578jili's Data Protection Officer at the details provided in Section 14.
Section 11
Children, Minors & the 21+ Requirement
The 578jili platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and older, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to the Philippine online gaming market. 578jili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
The registration process for 578jili requires users to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. KYC identity verification, which requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, is used to confirm age before withdrawals are processed. Where 578jili discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual who does not meet the minimum age requirement, that individual's account will be immediately suspended, and their personal data will be deleted (subject to any mandatory retention obligations under anti-money laundering law) without undue delay.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child (under 21) has registered on 578jili, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including account closure and data deletion, as quickly as possible.
Section 12
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of 578jili's third-party service providers — including game platform providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and KYC verification services — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to entities in other countries, 578jili ensures that such transfers comply with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, which requires that the recipient country provides an adequate level of protection for personal data, or that appropriate contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
578jili does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that have not established adequate data protection standards without ensuring equivalent contractual protections. All cross-border data transfers involving Sensitive Personal Information require specific authorization and are subject to enhanced oversight by 578jili's Data Protection Officer.
Section 13
Amendments to This Privacy Policy
578jili reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or the structure of the platform. When material changes are made — meaning changes that significantly affect how your personal data is used or your rights as a Data Subject — 578jili will notify registered players by email and/or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the changes take effect.
Minor amendments, such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, or updates to contact information, may take effect immediately upon posting. The current effective version of this Privacy Policy is always accessible at 578jili.bio/privacy-policy, and the effective date will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the 578jili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should cease using the platform and contact us to request account closure and data deletion as applicable.
